Free 60-Day Returns

Personalised Items: We are so confident you will be delighted with the quality of the engraving or embossing; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund for you.

Non-Personalised Items: You can return items for any reason within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange (excluding original postage fee). Item(s) must be returned in an unused condition within its original packaging. Click the button below to start your return process.

Free Collection (No Printer Required): Book collections from your doorstep, office or safe place. Royal Mail will bring the label to you.

Drop off (No Printer Required): If you don't have a printer, you can drop it at your Post Office by generating a QR code. Please check that your post office has printing facilities first here.

Drop off (Printer Required): If you have a printer, you can drop it at your local Post Office or Parcel Postbox.

 

Returns from outside the UK will need to pay return postage.

  

Warranty

Each Buck knife sold by Buck-Store carries a 25-year manufacturer’s warranty. Buck-Store will replace any item that is found to be damaged or faulty when returned to us within 28 days of purchase.

 

Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 28 days of receipt of goods, all warranty claims will be handled by the UK distributor Whitby & Co. Please visit the Whitby & Co Warranty Page.

 

Buck Store does not stock all replacement parts and any spare blades, nor does it offer a repair service. Enquiries of this nature should also be directed to the UK distributor.
